01 / Compliance agent
Pharmaceutical distributor
Customer compliance.an agent built to progress checks and reduce repetitive manual work.
The challenge
Customer compliance checks involved slow, repetitive manual work, taking up staff time as the team worked through each customer’s checks.
What we built
Kairova built a compliance agent to progress customer checks and leave the team to handle exceptions. The aim is to reduce repetitive effort within the existing compliance process.
Intended benefit
The agent is intended to free staff time from routine checks so the team can focus on exceptions. Its full operational value is still to be realised.
02 / Lead generation agent
Serviced accommodation company
Accommodation leads.local contract wins reveal companies whose teams may need somewhere to stay.
The challenge
A company winning work away from its home base may need accommodation for the people carrying it out. For an accommodation provider, the challenge is spotting those opportunities in local news and identifying the businesses behind them.
What we built
Kairova built an agent that scrapes local newspapers for contract wins. It identifies contracts awarded to companies based far from the location of the work, surfacing those companies as potential serviced-accommodation leads.
The outcome
The accommodation team gets leads tied to a specific reason a company may need places for its people to stay. That gives outreach a relevant starting point: work the prospect has won in the area.
03 / Lead generation agent
Local printing business
New business leads.newly formed companies flagged for proactive printing outreach.
The challenge
For a local printer, a newly formed company is an opportunity to introduce its services early. The challenge is spotting those businesses as they are founded, rather than waiting for an enquiry.
What we built
Kairova built an agent that identifies when a new company has been founded and passes that lead to the printing company. The printer can then follow up with proactive outreach.
The outcome
The printing team gets an early prompt to contact new businesses and introduce its services. Company formation becomes a practical trigger for prospecting, rather than relying solely on customers finding the printer themselves.
