What we collect and why
When you request a call, we collect your name, email, company, optional phone number, team size, service interest and message. We use these to respond to your request and discuss potential services, including taking steps at your request before a contract.
When you submit an assessment, we collect your name, email, company, optional role, answers and calculated results. We use these to provide the report and understand the enquiry. Our legitimate interest is providing and managing a useful business assessment service. The score is indicative and does not make decisions about eligibility or access to services.
If you choose optional follow-up about your results, we rely on your consent for that contact. You can withdraw it by emailing us. We do not add you to a newsletter.
Who processes the information
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Formspree processes submitted forms and spam checks. Notifications are delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox. These providers process information to operate their services; access is limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Providers may process information outside the UK. Before enabling forms, we review their processing terms and applicable safeguards for international transfers. You can contact us for details of the arrangements that apply.
How long we keep it
Our proposed retention period for enquiries that do not become client work is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. This applies to Formspree submissions and enquiry emails. We delete or anonymise them after that period unless there is a specific reason to retain them. If we work together, separate contract and record-keeping requirements apply.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict how it is used or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability may apply in some circumstances. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and assessment answers
We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Assessment answers are held in the current page until you submit them; refreshing or leaving the page clears them. Service providers may use technical measures necessary to operate the website and prevent spam.
